What to expect in the position:
- Work in a small team

- Working with other departments across the group
- Preparing documents for meetings and company management
- Preparing documents for the accounting department
- Recording of contractual documentation
- Working in internal and archiving programs
- Assist in streamlining current processes
- Assisting in the organisation of company events
- Ensuring the running of the office and meeting room
- Running errands
What we expect from you:
- Secondary education with a high school diploma
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- User knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Communication in English is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Good organizational skills and an active approach to work
- Diligence, conscientiousness and independence
- Interest in administrative work
