Vít Šubert
Vít Šubert is an experienced manager with extensive experience in management, strategy and corporate development. He has worked for more than 25 years in managerial positions in large international companies in the Czech Republic and abroad. In his last role within PPF Group, he was the Director for B2B and headed the business division of O2 CR/SK and all the company's activities in this area, managing more than 1,200 employees. Notable past roles include Regional Director of Strategy and Marketing at Dell Computers in London, where he managed markets in Ireland, Portugal, Italy, Scandinavia, Greece, South Africa and Eastern Europe, demonstrating his extensive experience in leading and strategically managing international markets and teams. He is also a member of Lasvit's executive board.
His expertise includes corporate development strategy, financial management and structuring, marketing and sales. His key skills and experience include managing teams of various sizes, developing and structuring them to the business needs of the company.
Martin Vápeník
Martin Vápeník is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in financial management, investment analysis, and strategic planning. In his last role as Chief Financial Officer at PDI a.s., he oversaw financial and cash-flow planning for innovative waste-to-energy projects. Previously, as an investment advisor, he provided critical financial consulting and investment assessments. His past roles include CEO of Biometric Ventures, Board Member at Spaceflow, and CFO at UP21, showcasing a robust track record in financial leadership, strategic management, and fundraising for diverse ventures.
Martin is known for his ability to guide startups and established companies through financial complexities, ensuring sustainable growth and strategic financial health. His expertise includes financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic planning, making him a valuable asset to any organization seeking financial excellence.
Martina Hubáčková
Martina graduated in Tax Consulting and Corporate Finance and Business at the Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Business. During her career she has gained experience in the field of finance and tax, where she has more than 14 years of experience. During this time, she held positions as an assistant tax advisor at KPMG ČR, for more than 8 years as a specialist for business loans at Komerční banka, as a self-employed economic consultant and also as a specialist in loans for ZFP academy. In recent years, she has extended her higher education by taking a course in Real Estate Valuation and the Professional Examination at the CNB under the Consumer Credit Act. At FIPOX she holds the position of Risk and Finance Manager.
Monika Bajerová
Monika has worked at Komerční banka as a credit analyst since 2010. Based on the analysis of economic data, she assessed the risks of a credit transaction, creditworthiness and creditworthiness of a client. She presented proposals for financial solutions, including risk treatment with hedging instruments. Prepared credit proposals in accordance with the Bank's credit policy. She also profiled specialized financing in the area of real estate entrepreneurs. At FIPOX she holds the position of Risk and Finance Manager.
Ivana Hutyrová
She studied at the Faculty of Economics and Administration of Masaryk University, majoring in Business Economics and Management (Bc.). During her studies she focused on accounting, both financial and managerial, and controlling. After graduation, she worked for eight years at Komerční banka, where she held various positions. For the last five years, she worked as an Account Officer at the Corporate Center, where she worked with bank advisors and various departments of the bank. Her job responsibilities included processing deals, preparing applications, contract documentation, entering contracts into systems, writing pricing exceptions and reviewing terms and conditions for business loans. She was also involved in preparing reports and documents for her colleagues.
Michaela Malinová
She holds an engineering degree in Business Management and Economics from the Faculty of Business at Brno University of Technology. During her professional career, she has gained diverse experience, which includes a three-year engagement as a personnel consultant at the SODAT employment agency. Subsequently, she worked for almost four years at Deloitte, where she progressed through positions from ADC Analyst to Audit Consultant. During her Deloitte career, she has been involved in various professional activities ranging from testing the accuracy of accounting and business processes, reviewing financial statements to managing the entire audit engagement including the team of assistants. Michaela is an excellent communicator in English and Spanish. In her current position as a Financial Analyst at FIPOX, she prepares various financial analyses, prepares financial plans for individual projects, and monitors compliance. She also participates in the preparation of the consolidation of the entire group, cooperates in audits or coordinates foreign projects.
Hana Škrháková
Barbora Tlustá
She studied drama acting and after school she mainly focused on writing, scriptwriting and moderating events. Along with these activities, she started to focus on marketing promotion and content creation for her own gastronomy business and wrote the book Bez obalu, which won the Book of the Year award in the Lifestyle and Hobby category and was also nominated for the Czech Bestseller Award.
She subsequently worked at marketing agency Justmighty, where she looked after the social networks of a wide range of clients, and after six months became a project manager. From start to finish, she organized a wide range of projects, reaching far beyond social networks. She also held the role of project manager at Mime digital agency, specializing in e-commerce projects, while returning to content creation in the company's internal marketing. At FIPOX, Bára is now in charge of all social media content for our brands, creating marketing strategies, and handling all video production.
