Croatia proved to be a perfect place for the further development of the activities of both companies. The behaviour of the local real estate market is very similar to that of the Czech market and is currently experiencing a growth phase. The region is popular with Czech and other Central European leisure travellers and investors.

Domoplan will develop projects both in the tourism segment and in the residential segment, for which Croatia provides excellent opportunities.

Domoplan chooses locations that combine the attractiveness of a seaside resort with the possibility of access by car from the Czech Republic, Austria and Germany. For example, the surroundings of Rijeka, Istria, the islands of Krk, Pag and Vir.

MyResorts finally by the sea

The tourism projects will be operated by a MyResorts operator from our group. Hotel operator MyResorts, which provides investors with a combination of investment and use of real estate in the Czech mountains, is expanding its services to locations by the sea.

In addition to Czech investors who already use MyResorts services, customers and investors from other countries are expected to be interested.
